Arts in Health Ocala Metro is a nonprofit organization that supports mental and physical health through the arts by delivering the healing power of the arts to those who need it most.

To serve Marion County residents who are experiencing mental or physical challenges by crafting interactive arts programming that empowers, forges deep connections, and changes lives.
About Us:
Our team of 12 multidisciplinary artists work with intellectually disabled adults, veterans, youth in foster care, at-risk teens, people with dementia, and other populations. AIHOM differs from other organizations that create art with the public in two key ways. First, we focus on the feel-good process of creating, rather than a finished art project. Second, we collect data on all our art interactions to substantiate that art interactions are good for the body and mind.
